After winning the inaugural Deathmatch Royals tournament, and the 2024 edition, it is fitting that Kuragari is the first ever Heavyweight Champion of the VILE Era. The Heavyweight crown is the top prize, and although Kuragari defeated Johnny Apocalypse in a controversial fashion to win the title, he will represent Apocalypse Pro proudly as the first champion. Or at least, we hope.
